Volunteers from the Rotary Club of Hillsborough and others help bring holiday cheer to local families in need. Each year at Christmas, Hillsborough Social Services, through the Community Assistance Network (C.A.N.), organizes the collection of food and gifts, then volunteers sort and pack them for distribution to the families. Rotary also provides gift cards for the families to purchase what they need. It was great to see the generous giving of our community and it was my pleasure to photograph this event.
